PLC LOGIC DEVELOPMENT
- Program and debug Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Distributed Control System (DCS) based on customers’ needs, requirements and safety guidelines.
- Come up with automation control strategies, develop programming standards, write software design specification, and finally the actual code. The application can range from a simple single OEM skid type equipment to a complex distributed systems consisting of multiple PLCs.
- Expand your existing system following your existing standard keeping your automation ecosystem intact.
All of our logic and control modules are open source. Editable copy of the program with descriptions and labels is provided to customer after completion of the project.
We have experience in coding in Ladder Logic, FBD, STL scripts, and C, therefore, providing better flexibility that suits customer’s need. Mixing of the programming languages is also possible for better program flow, readability, maintainability etc., depending on the type of languages supported in the PLC.
CONTROL PANEL DESIGN AND FABRICATION
- Design, fabricate, install and commission UL certified Control Panels for your application.
- Develop ISO standard AutoCAD electrical drawings of control panels using bill of materials consisting of industry standard and extremely reliable components consisting of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human Machine Interface (HMI), power supplies, UPS, relays, switches, transformers, signal conditioners etc.
- The instructions for wire terminations, type of signal, range of instruments, etc., are clearly labeled and defined on the drawings.
- Proper NEMA rated enclosure made of suitable material such as carbon steel, stainless steel, etc., are selected based on customer requirements.
- To minimize electrical noise and interference, high voltage and low voltage signals are carefully routed and terminated with appropriate wire types and gauges.
- Proper circuit protection such as fuses, circuit breakers and surge protectors are selected and used for protection of components and instruments and overall safety.
- Proper enclosure cooling or heating is installed based on installation location for prolonged service life.

Selection of PLCs and HMIs are usually based on customer requirements such as IO count, speed, network and protocol, safety requirements, future expansion, cost etc.
AUTOMATE CUSTOM REPORTS
- Create custom Excel/PDF reports highlighting energy usage, production throughput, equipment runtime and other plant parameters.
- Automate report generation and email reports to distribution list
SECURE SCADA AND BMS NETWORK & SERVERS
- Build and manage isolated secure network and servers to host SCADA and BMS applications to protect from cyber attacks.
- When data exchange outside of the facilities is necessary, use secure VPN channels and only allow necessary traffic.
- Work and communicate with IT department to utilize existing IT infrastructure if necessary.
- Create disaster recovery plan and help setup periodic backups for easy recovery in case of total crash of the system.
